"Installer" tab

This is a very important tab. Here you can

  • Set timezone
  • Set maximum current
  • Do phase rotation
  • Prepare Dynamic Load Balancing

1) Ensure the correct timezone is selected

2) Tap "Save Timezone"

1) Pick a maximum allowed current for "Charger Current Limit" between 6A and 63A. The charger will never charge with more power than this limit, irrespective of Load Balancing settings.

This is an advanced setting. We do not recommend changing anything here unless necessary.

The charger will go into an error mode if it detects a bump, or if it detects that it is tilted. The thresholds for these alarms can be adjusted.

Here you can also define the tilt detection to a desired standard angle.

1) "Tilt/Bump Detection" -> ENABLED

2) Enter desired bump threshold (in g's) in "Bump Accelleration [1-15g]" (default 7g)

3) Enter desired Tilt threshold (in degrees) in "Tilt Angle [1 - 80°]" (default 20°)

4) To save, tap "save tilt + calibrate" Note: This will set the charger's current angle to the normal angle. It will consider this angle to be 0°. Only tap this button if the charger is in its final installation angle.

5) Optional: To disable Tilt/Bump detection entirely: "Tilt/Bump Detection" → DISABLED

1) "Installer Phase Selection" → "Single-Phase"

2) Optional: Phase Rotation
You can install the L1 of the charger on L1/2/3 of the building, for instance if you want to balance load. But you must configure this in the charger.

If you are not rotating phases, leave this option on "R (L1)"

1) "Installer Phase Selection" → "Three-Phase"

2) Optional: Phase Rotation
You can install the phases of the charger on L1/2/3 of the building, for instance if you want to balance load. But you must configure this in the charger.

Example: You are installing the charger's L1 on L2 of the building, L2 on L1 of the building, and L3 remains straight (connects to L3 of the building).
Then you must pick "SRT (L2-L1-L3)":

If you are not rotating phases, select RST (L1-L2-L3)

Will you not use Dynamic Load Balancing? Leave "External CT Clamps" → OFF and continue to "Load".

1) To prepare Dynamic Load Balancing, set "External CT Clamps" → ON

2) Set 1 (or 3 if you are installing 3 phase) clamps → ON
Set "rating [A]" → 80
Set "Type" → Site

When you are done, tap "save all configuration + calibrate".
